Pamela Simpson is our Senior Strategist for Branded Content & Research at Insurance Journal. Here are 5 things you may not have known about her:

1.	I love to upcycle thrift clothes - most days I'm wearing all thrift clothing...and I've managed to turn my girlfriends into thrifters too so it's also a social activity.

2.	I'm crazy about gardens and plant wildflowers, harvest the seeds and then grow them indoors in the winter to keep flowers around me. (I also hate to let annuals die so I bring them in and they keep flowering all winter.)

3.	My Instagram is my gratitude journal and it keeps me seeing something beautiful (@smalltownfinds)

4.	I have 'synesthesia' so I see everything as shapes in my head (and numbers have colors - and the math actually works when the colors are mixed.)

5.	I'm a country rock fan and love to line dance... and have 5 pairs of cowboy boots (that would be a thrifting thing - see #1)
