Twitter basics. Young agents. And shows galore!

Ready to take the Twitter plunge?

Or maybe you already have, but you'd just like to understand it a little better. In either case, Wells Media's social media manager, Ly ('Lee') Short has put together a course to help you get started.

In this Twitter Basics course, Ly shares her screen and not only shows you the basics, but she also gives you some no-nonsense tips. For example:

• Be human. You're entitled to an opinion.
• Engage.
• Don't feed the trolls.
• Share other's stories.
• Post links or retweet with your comment.
• Use lists to organize accounts.

how to do that.)

1.	My favorite foods are pho and tacos. Not together.

2.	I love a good 80s mix; Tears for Fears, Pet Shop Boys, INXS, Erasure, Hall & Oates, The Smiths.

3.	My favorite country is Vietnam. I love the bustle of the city, the idyllic quietness of the countryside, not to mention the street food is amazing. I still have so much of it to see.

4.	I've learned never to say never. I drive a minivan.
